TREATMENT
Treatments are done in office using only cooling and topical anesthetic cream. The treatment feels like multiple small pin pricks or a slight burning sensation. Post treatment pain is minimal. Treatment sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the extent of the areas being treated. Risks of the procedure include redness, lling, bruising, scabbing for several days, and skin discoloration. It is important to avoid sun in the recovery period.
It will also take several days for the tiny scabs to disappear from the pinpoint wounds on the skin's surface. During this time you will begin to see the results of your treatment, and your skin will continue to improve over the next six months. After that, results generally last about three years.

Candidates for treatment are patients with Fitzpatrick skin types I, II, III. IV Clients with Fitzpatrick skin types V, and VI are at increased risk for pigmentary changes from the treatment and are not good candidates.
